I built The Groundwork because the tools, frameworks, and mentorship that give people a real shot at building something have always been behind a wall.
I spent nearly two decades working inside small businesses and startups — close to founders, close to executives, in the rooms where the real operational decisions got made. Most people never get that access. Not because they are not capable, but because the path does not always lead there. Maybe you are building something before you ever got that close. Maybe you stepped away from a career to raise your family. Maybe you have been doing the work for years but always three floors away from the people making the real calls.
The Groundwork is how I hand that to you. Everything here is something I wish had existed when I was figuring out how to build businesses of my own.
